1. How to view historical data?
When the meter is powered off, short press the"📃"button to view historical data.
Press the "📃" button once to view the memory values of the last three measurements. Press the memory button again to view the "📃" value of the last measurement.
*The blood pressure monitor can store up to 2 groups of 99 historical data for each user.
2. How to switch users?
When the device is turned off, short press the "SET" button twice to enter the user icon, and press the "📃" button to switch between "1", "2"users. Press the "Power" button to turn off and save.
3. How to switch sounds?
Press the "SET" button eight times, the high voltage area displays "SP", and the speaker switch setting state is entered.
Press the "📃" button to adjust the speaker switch (ON, OFF), and the speaker switch setting is completed. Press the"START/STOP" button to shut down and save.
4. How to switch unit?
When the device is turned off, short press the "SET" button once. If the unit is mmHg, press the "📃" button to switch to kPa. The screen displays0.0kPa, indicating that the setting is successful.
Press the "START/STOP" button to turn off and save.
5. How to set date and time?
In the off state, short press the "SET" button three times to enter the date adjustment, press the memory key to adjust the year, and then press the "SET"button, the month flashes, and enter the month setting state.
Press the "📃" button to adjust the month, and then press the "SET" button, the date flashes, and enter the date setting state.
Press the "📃" button to adjust the date, and then press the "SET" button, the hour flashes, and enter the hour adjustment state.
Press the "📃" button to adjust the hour, and then press the "SET" button, the minute flashes, and enter the minute setting state.
Press the "📃" button to adjust the minute, and the minute setting is completed. Press the "START/STOP" button to shut down and save.
Please note that the new settings will not be saved after power failure.
6. How to delete measurement data?
In the off state, short press the "SET" button nine times, and "CL" is displayed. Press the "📃" button and the "START/STOP" button at the same
for about 2 seconds.
When the screen displays all "--", the memory is deleted. Memory deletion deletes all measurement data under all users at one time.
7. Why is my blood pressure reading inaccurate?
1. Avoid caffeinated beverages, smoking, or alcohol before measuring your blood pressure.
2. Measure your blood pressure at a fixed time. Because blood pressure rises slowly within two hours after waking and slowly falls before bedtime, blood pressure may vary significantly at different times. Therefore, it is important to measure your blood pressure at a fixed time to ensure consistent readings. Also, be sure to measure your blood pressure before taking antihypertensive medications.
3. Wear appropriate clothing. If you are wearing light clothing, you can measure your blood pressure directly; if you are wearing thick clothing or a jacket, you must remove them before measuring.
4. Before measuring, relax and allow your heart rate to calm, resting for at least 5 minutes.
5. Ensure that the blood pressure cuff is properly attached to the blood pressure monitor.Wrap the cuff around the upper arm(usually the left upper arm)and place the airway tube on the forearm. The bottom of the cuff should be 2cm-3cm above the inner side of the elbow joint of the upper arm. Wrap the cuff tightly and secure it with a cloth buckle. Leave a finger gap between the arm and the cuff.
6. Sit upright with your feet flat on the floor. Extend your arm to be measured, palm facing up. Keep the cuff at the same level as your heart.
7. Stay focused and avoid talking during the measurement.
Tips: Try to use the same arm each time to ensure consistent readings.
The human body's blood pressure is constantly changing and is affected by many factors, so the values measured multiple times may fluctuate.

Frequently Asked Quenstions
1. How to connect the Starfit APP with the Scale?
1, download Starfit APP and complete registration;
2, click on "Account" and find "My Devices";
3, click on the "+" in the upper right corner, then click on the "Bluetooth" logo on the page and you will enter the searching for the smart devices.
4, click on the "Bluetooth logo" on the page and it will go to "Searching for the smart devices". When you find "Runstar-RX"(bluetooth name of scale), click to complete the connection. At this point, please note that a connected logo will appear on the screen of the scale.
2. Why keeps disconnected?
Please make sure you have successfully connected the scale in the starfit APP, not in the Bluetooth list of your phone. Confirm that there are no other devices around that are connected to the body fat scale. If there are, please disconnect them first and give priority to connecting your device to the scale.
3. Where is the isolation tab that needs to be pulled out from the batteries?
On the back of the scale, where the battery compartment is, you can see a transparent isolation tab. For rechargeable scales such as the FG2001ULB and FG2015ULB are type C charging models and do not require pulling out the isolation sheet. This description is for Runstar’s other battery-powered body fat scales.
4. Why does the screen display L0, even if it is charging in time, it still cannot measure?
L0 is low battery, please charge or replace batteries. ※Measurement cannot be performed while charging, and the charging cable needs to be unplugged before use.
5. How can multiple users use the same scale?
There are 2 ways: (1) Multiple Users with Separate Starfit Accounts. Please note only 1 Starfit account can pair with the smart scale at a time when measuring. (2) Multiple Users with a Shared Starfit Account. Users who create or log in to a Starfit account can create multiple user profiles within their account.
6. Where to find the warranty code?
You can find "Code:xxx-xxx-xxx" on a lable at the back of the scale, that's the warranty code.
7. How can I sync data to Samsung Health?
Please download Fitdays instead of Starfit, and turn on Samsung Health in "Settings" to sync. You can log in with your Starfit account, and the saved data in Starfit will be automatically synced to Fitdays.
8. Can the Starfit APP be used on an iPad? In other words, can the runstar scale be connected to an iPad?
Sorry, Starfit APP does not support iPad at the moment and cannot be used on iPad, so we do not recommend using iPad to download Starfit and connect with scale. Thank you!
9. I accidentally damaged the Body Scale. Can l get a replacement?
We offer lifetime warranty for all of our device, so if your Scale is damaged within that period, send us a photo and we'll be sending you a replacement right away.
