1. How can I change the unit from KG to lb?

At the back of the scale, near the battery compartment, there is a button that allows you to change the unit.
2. Does it need to work with APP?

No, it measures only weight, no need to work with smart APP, ready to use out of the box.
3. What type of battery does it use?

3 * AAA batteries.
4. Where to find the warranty code?

The warranty code is on the label which is attached on the backside of the scale.
5. What can I do if my scale doesn't turn on?

Please change new batteries and clean the metal spring in the compartment for a try. If still not work, contact our customer service team for a replacement.
